All three shops are open 9 AM – 6 PM, 7 days a week.

Prices & assembly

Online prices are MSRP in U.S. dollars. Every bike ordered online includes professional assembly by our own mechanics — $75 for a traditional bike and $120 for an e-bike or e-trike — shown at checkout. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your pickup or delivery address.

Payment

Online orders are paid in full at checkout. Checkout is processed securely by Stripe and accepts cards and Apple Pay, with Affirm, Klarna and Afterpay pay-over-time options available at checkout. In-store financing is available through Synchrony Financial, subject to credit approval — including 12-month deferred-interest financing in store at Covington. Ask in store for details and current promotions.

Pickup, delivery & shipping

Pickup is free at any of our three shops. We deliver fully built, tuned and ready to ride: $49 on the Northshore (Covington, Mandeville and Slidell), $149 in the New Orleans metro on scheduled delivery runs, and $199 for any-day/solo trips or outside the metro. Outside our delivery area, we ship anywhere in the U.S. — you pay the actual carrier cost, no markup, and we confirm the exact shipping charge with you before your bike ships.

Returns

Bikes may be returned within 14 days only if unridden and in new condition — a 20% restocking fee applies and the buyer pays return shipping. Once a bike has been ridden outdoors, the sale is final. Parts and accessories may be returned within 30 days, unopened, with the buyer paying return shipping.

Rentals

All rental reservations are 100% non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early returns.
